Rose Writing Center Professional Development Center – Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment
The full workshop fee is due upon registration. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued if a workshop is missed for any reason.
Workshop Attendance and Recordings
If you are unable to attend a live workshop, you may request access to a recording by contacting the Rose Writing Center team.
All workshops are recorded. Recordings are available for purchase following the workshop.
By registering, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of the workshop, which may include participant contributions (such as questions or comments).
Cancellations and Changes
Rose Writing Center reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In this event, registered participants will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
Workshop schedules are fixed and cannot be rescheduled on an individual basis.
Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, presentations, and recordings are the intellectual property of Rose Writing Center and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
Participation and Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally in all workshop sessions.
Rose Writing Center reserves the right to remove any participant from a workshop for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
Limitation of Liability
Rose Writing Center’s total liability for any claim arising out of participation in a workshop shall not exceed the amount paid for the workshop.
No guarantees or warranties are made regarding outcomes or results from participation in professional development workshops.
Agreement
By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
