Self-Monitoring: Fostering Reflection and Self-Assessment is an insightful workshop for teachers and parents focused on helping students become more aware of their own learning and behavior. Participants will gain a clear understanding of self-monitoring and its importance in academic and personal growth. The session will introduce practical strategies for teaching students how to track their progress, recognize strengths and areas for improvement, and set meaningful goals.

Attendees will also learn how to embed reflection and self-assessment into daily instruction and routines, making these practices a natural part of the learning process. Special attention will be given to supporting struggling students, with tools and techniques to help them develop greater independence, resilience, and self-confidence.
