Please note that when you submit this form, your credit card will be charged a nonrefundable $50 registration fee for each child you enroll. The card you use to pay this fee will also be the one stored on file to pay for your child’s classes. After you complete this form, you will receive an email invitation to our parent portal, where you can access your class schedule, teacher notes, and billing information. You can also change the credit card on file at any time through the parent portal.

Note: At this point in the school year, we are only offering private lessons. We will have new groups forming in July 2026, September 2026, November 2026, and January 2027.
