When you submit this form, your credit card will be charged a nonrefundable $50 registration fee for each child you enroll. The card used to pay this fee will also be kept on file for tuition payments. After you complete the form, you will receive an email invitation to our parent portal, where you can access class schedules, teacher notes, and billing information. You may update your payment method at any time through the portal.
